PIANO LESSONS
Open Door Music now offers piano lessons for children and adults! Rekindle your own music interests or encourage your child to develop new skills. Along with an opportunity to learn we want students to develop the passion that will help them reach new levels of personal success. It is our hope that these music lessons will be an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
PRIVATE LESSONS:
FEE per SESSION: 8 weekly 1/2 hr lessons for $168
(Please note, the music book used for children beginning piano instruction is an
additional $10 and will be added to the registration fee.)

OUR INSTRUCTOR:
All piano lessons are taught by Mark Ucci. Mark is a professional musician who has studied both guitar and piano at Mohawk College and performed with his trio across Canada at all major jazz festivals. He has released two Cd's and continues to perform as a guitarist and pianist in the Hamilton area. Mark has a passion for teaching music with over 20 years experience in both private and ensemble settings. His philosophy is to teach the fundamentals of music with the emphasis on fun.

What age do you recommend beginning piano lessons?
We suggest that students begin any time after they turn 6.
If I have to miss a class what is your policy on makeup classes?
If a lesson must be cancelled, leave a message on the office phone, 905-628-0330, and
the instructor will be contacted. One free makeup class is allowed per 8 wk session if
the cancellation is given at least 24 hours prior to the lesson..
Do the parents stay in the classroom during the lesson?
Our experience has been that children are more focused when parents are not
present. You can certainly wait outside the room.
Do you teach adults?
Absolutely! Our instructor has years of experience teaching adults, so whether you're a
novice or want to rekindle your interest in piano, he will help you reach new goals.
